Amateur artist, experimenting with painting based on impressions, inspirations and intentions.
I love modern impressionist painting, and most of my work is rooted in it: flowers, blossom and the light of places in Belgium, Tuscany and Puglia, built up in thick layers of acrylic and oil.
Every now and then I step outside that and experiment with other styles, from calm, graphic planes of colour to more abstract compositions.
